Aerial Photography (Real Estate Rate)
We design and use our own aircraft and also promote other companies designs, but we love to
provide the aerial photography the most! What makes aerial photography by remote control so
much more preferable is the fact that the pictures tend to be from unique angles and elevations.
Most aerial photographers charter aircraft for the event. Due to FAA regulations these aircraft
must fly at no less than a determined altitude. This causes the pictures to be taken from a
determined set of rigid constraints that do not usually allow for creative shots from different
altitudes.

Our devices are available for hire as needed.
Agency Contract Rate: $200 hr (4 hour minimum)

We offer custom designed aircraft for specific uses. Our specialty however is video drone
applications.
Video Equipment Sales
We are an authorized representative for Pelco, Burle, Sony, JVC, Sensormatic, Robot, Generic
brands and many others. We do this to support our aircraft but will also sell equipment as
needed.

Fee structure:
- The client receives all photographs and owns the rights to the pictures taken.
- We can develop the photos, but most client tend to request the disk of raw photographs.
- Minimum fee is $200 and is non-refundable unless Aerosight pilots cancel the flight for
various reason's such as safety, weather and so on. - Fees often increase when customers need editing, custom DVD authoring etc and when
multiple hours in the air are expected.
